We sort of touched on this in another thread, thought it deserved it's own.
For me, definitely when ECW showed up on Raw after the buy out. I was a massive, massive ECW fan at the time, and I always loved invasion story lines. So, what more could I ask for at the time? I made such a rukus that my friend rushed into the room because he thought someone was breaking in or something.
Another for me was Hall debuting on Nitro. Razor Ramon was my favorite, my hero, with Diesel in 2nd place. I despised WCW, and thought WWE was the ultimate. So when I heard via the JR Hotline that he was headed to WCW, I cried. I was so pissed at him. But then when I saw what was going on, I hauled ass out to the living room to show my mom what was going on. It was like the nWo was crafted just for me.

Mine was being live in the building when Mick Foley beat the Rock for the belt on Raw. Easy #1.
Warrior returning at WM8 was a big one when I was younger. Austin stunning McMahon was an epic one too.
Also, I was at WM20 and we freaked out when Benoit made Hunter tap clean.
More recent, I remember freaking out during Punk's big speech last summer. I was so amped for days about that whole thing.

Yeah, it's too bad Benoit had to go and do what he did, because him making Triple H tap, for the belt, in the main event of WM20 is like the smarkiest smark moment in history. The guy who embodied the smarks, forcing the guy who all the smarks detest to quit.
So, you were at WM20, could you tell the crowd was just gonna shit all over Goldberg & Lesnar from the get-go? The funniest part is when the crowd chants Hogan, Hogan, Hogan, and we the viewers just think they want Hogan, but it's because a fan was dressed as such, and was battling another dressed as Macho. Did you see that?

Um, you could feel it build a bit right before the match but no, we didn't realize how nuts it would get until things got underway. Word definitely spread that Brock was gone but I never expected that madness to go down.
Savage & Hogan were one section over from us, so yep we had a great view of them! They had a great match going in the stands.

-Jericho's debut on RAW. We knew it was coming, but Jericho was a midcarder in WCW and nobody was expecting him to big THAT big a deal. I figured that he'd get some interview segment or something. Certainly not interupting the biggest star on the show. I've read Jericho's book and he says Vince hated his promo, but I thought it was perfect.
-"Your challenge has been accepted!" Paul Heyman brings ECW to Raw. I have NEVER looked forward to an episode of Raw more than this one.
-Cactus Jack returns to MSG. Cactus was my favorite wrestler in ECW. I didn't like Mankind until the JR interviews. Dude Love was fun, but I never really believed Vince would let Cactus Jack be in WWF until it happened.

Oh yeah, that Jericho debut was incredible. Funny thing is, I'm a big Hogan mark, and on that same night he was returning to the red & yellow. So, I insisted that the people I was watching with flip back and forth.
Same with Mick winning the title. They announced it on WWE.com, which I thought was weird. I had that on in the living room, and Nitro on in my bed room, because of Nash v Hogan. It was a dual markout moment for me as Mick won the title, and the nWo Elite formed.

Another live one for me was Scott Steiner's awesome return to WWE at Survivor Series 2002. What a mega star he seemed like when he came out that night and the pop was ear splitting.
