For me, it was seeing Hulk Hogan at WM19.
5 years prior I'd told my friend that one day I'd be at WM, seeing The Hulkster come down the aisle in the red & yellow. He told me no way, then bam, there I was.
I'm a Hogan mark, I can't help it. I grew up with the guy.
Other contenders are when Stone Cold beat the Rock for the IC Title at the IYH where he drove his truck into the arena. I was so into that feud, and it was at the height of my Stone Cold fandom.
Also, ECW showing up on Raw. Easily my hardest mark out moment.

For me was when Jericho "beat" Triple H for the title on Raw and when Jericho won the Undisputed title. I was such a Jericho mark at the time. I was in a bar watching it and no one was rooting for jericho except for me.

I was at Wrestlemania 19... and like you I was a big Hogan mark so that was a big deal for me also.
But for me it is Wrestlemania 20 (which I was also at) I know it is very traditional smark of me but I was always into Benoit. I always liked that he didn't say a lot, and just succeeded on out working everyone and being determined since he wasn't big (by wrestling standards), not particularly charismatic or good looking, and didn't really even have a gimmick. Seeing him finally overcome the odds and finally reach the top of the industry and getting to be there live for it literally brought tears to my eyes. I know things have a different perspective now, but I honestly don't think anything in wrestling will ever touch that level of excitement for me... in some ways the way he ended up kind of solidifies that as I won't let myself get that vested in a wrestler again.

-ECW invades RAW. Never been that excited about a show. I was a huge ECW fan in 1995. WCW and WWF were churning out crap and I happened upon it on a Sunday afternoon on a small local station. They showed about 3 hours worth of shows and I was hooked. So when Lawler called them out and Heyman called in and accepted it was huge for me.
-ECW One Night Stand - Just a great final chapter for the promotion.
-Cactus Jack comes to Raw. Cactus was one of the few reasons to watch early 90's WCW, and I became a HUGE fan during his ECW stint. I was disappointed with the Mankind gimmick despite Foley doing a great job with it, because I really wanted to see Cactus in a WWF ring. Figured it would never happen. When he started the Dude Love stuff I thought there was a slight chance of seeing Cactus but didn't put much stock in it. So when they had Dude Love and Mankind introduce Cactus on the TitanTron I went Ape Cookies.
