I put this on scott's page but you know how things can sometimes get lost.
There are lots of great stories from Shakespeare that they can borrow.
Othello: #2 guy in a group/fed makes the #1 guy jealous by making him think his girlfriend/wife is cheating on him. This is because #2 wants #1's title. #1 guy loses his girlfriend/wife and becomes saddened. #2 guy wins title shot against #1 guy and wins title. #2 guy tells the world of his scheme. #1 guy can then seek revenge.
Romeo & Juliet: Two rival groups hate each other but one member of each group still like each other (maybe there were a tag team). Therefore, whenever the two groups fight, then can't fight each other.
Julius Caesar (let's use NWO because they got it so close): Nash & Hall stabs Hogan in the back because they want to run the NWO. Hogan is out of action for a long time (like 6 months to a year). NWO splits into 2 groups: 1 that supports Hall & nash and 1 that supported Hogan and the 2 groups fight for the supremacy of the group. They fight for a couple months and end it in wargames for control of the NWO and the other group has to disband.

Didn't they do that with the nWo? With the Wolfpac & Black and White?
Man, did the B&W get the short end of the stick or what? The Wolfpac was SO much fucking cooler. Red & black looked better, the music was better, and they had a multitude of World Champions who were over as all hell. The B&W had Bryan Clark, Virgil, Stevie Ray, and The Giant. Fucking lame sauce. Too bad they didn't do more with Norton, he was awesome.
I know this has nothing to do with said topic, but isn't it ridiculous how much better TNA has become since Russo's departure? I mean, there's no fucking way he can argue, with how positive the reviews have been since he left. Too bad the ratings don't display the quality.

The NWO was close to Julius Caesar but they needed something to blow off the feud. The feud just sort of died and then they got back together. Also, once you got Sting and Luger in wolfpac, it generally lost all its impact of the feud. For 2 years, those 2 hated the nwo; then they are a part of the nwo.

Yeah, people say it was weird for Sting to join the nWo, but I feel like the nWo Wolfpac was more so there to destroy the B&W Express, and didn't have beef with WCW anymore.

Wuthering Heights - It would be a stretch, but you basically have some guy that gets crapped on by everyone go away for awhile and come back with awesome skills and sets out to destroy everyone that screwed him over.
Really can't believe Romeo and Juliet hasn't been done by now. It has been ripped off by enough tv shows and movies. Like one of Flair's daughters hooking up with Cody Rhodes.
