Anybody watch? I didn't get turned onto this show until it showed up on Netflix. But man, except for some slowdown in season 3, it's been one of the most action and story-packed shows I've seen since The Shield. This season has me excited to see where it goes, which few shows do anymore. Will Clay pay for his crimes finally? Will Juice get brought to the table for his involvement in RICO? And how much more will Tara put up with before she grabs the boys and runs?

I agree. Season 3 was a bit slow, but not bad by any means. It's one of the few dramas where every episode is absolutely kick ass.
Season 5 has been beyond brutal. I mean, it use to be someone would die like, once, maybe twice a season. Now? People are dying left & right, and I feel like someone could die at any moment.
I couldn't believe they offed Opie. He was my favorite character, and figured he'd be around for a while.
I'm damn interested to find out what Daniel Louge is up to. I assume he's the father, or husband of the nurse that Otto killed. Which was brutal as hell.
Juice is a good dude, and he better damn well get a pass.

I hated seeing Opie go, because I felt he was the guy with the conscience in the group, not Jax, who has shown no hesitation on killing and brutality no matter how justified he believes he is. But, I think it was necessary because Jax is obviously heading into a major confrontation with himself. He claims he wants to leave the life behind, but I don't see that in him like in the first two seasons. Shooting the guy who just told him the details of the run-off on that dark road in front of Grim Bastards after giving his word he wouldn't just shows he's as entrenched in the life as he accuses Clay of being, just more loyal to the members, well, the ones he cares about. I'm hoping for a reprieve for Juice too, because I could see him getting a pass, and becoming Jax's "new Opie" loyal to the point of death for the guy who spared him.

Dexter's next on my list to start catching up on. I have one season left of The Wire to finish, then I'm hitting up Best Buy for Dexter sets.

Dexter may very well by my all time favorite drama. The first time I saw it, I watched the entire first season in one day. It's absolutely brilliant.

My mom thinks that Jax called the cops on Terra, so she wouldn't leave.
I don't know, I don't think he'd do that.
What I do know, is that Otto is a crazy bad-ass. That shit was incredible.

Yeah it's possible Gemma didn't rat out Tara because we still don't know what that weird US marshall did. Very possible he's behind this.
